All races in Columbia, MO unless otherwise indicated. Please verify all events with the race organizers via their websites.

September 1, 2021 (every Wed until end of October)
After a LONG hiatus, we are resuming Wednesday morning track workouts at 6am at Hickman High School starting September 1. Workouts will begin with a warmup and then the workout set will be announced. From there it will either be at your own pace or buddy system, depending on the workout. We will try to be done by 6:45am. We will do this until the end of October and then switch back to stair workouts.

September 23rd. Deer Run RBSP (upper lot)
September 30th. High Ridge RBSP
October 7th. Gan's Ridge Run RBSP
October 14th. 3 Creeks Long Course
Once we get closer to each race date we will create a separate event for each individual race on the Facebook group.
All races at 3 Creeks will start at 6:30PM
All races at RBSP will start at 6:00PM
All races are free and open to the public. We do accept donations. TNTR sponsors the Wagon Wheel aid station at Rockbridge Revenge. All monies will be used for that purpose. In the event that there are left over funds. Those monies will be donated to the Columbia Missouri Trail Association.
